There are a variety of positions available in the childcare setting. All positions at 3Rs Early Childhood Learning Center require that all employees providing “direct contact services” to children within a licensed program must have a Background Study completed through the Minnesota Department of Human Services which results in a completion status of “passed”. We also require other trainings in which we can help you obtain including SUID, AHT and first aid and CPR.
Employees must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children, families and employees, be able to take verbal direction from the lead teacher in the classroom as to the tasks that need to be done and be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with DHS and 3Rs Early Childhood Learning Center. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
