Mrs. Marshell has a Childhood Development degree from Calumet College and is a Certified Medical Assistant. She has worked in childcare for over 29 years as a Center Director, Director, and Head Start Director. Marshell founded 3R’s Child Development Center in 1998 and operations began in August 1999, with a philosophy of owner-operator on site to make critical decisions for parents and to provide a learning environment specific to each child’s social, intellectual, cognitive and multi-cultural environment.
